Chip Resistor有控制直流电或交流电的性质。利用该性质,在电路内部降低电压,或保持电流不变。电阻基本上遵守Ohm法则,同时使用电导率高的物质和电导率低的物质,实现电阻值。使用SiO2、RuO2、CuNi等作为贴片电阻的主要电阻材料,可以生产出高电阻、低电阻、超低电阻、防硫化、Array电阻等产品系列。

Anti Sulfur Resistor

Chip Resistor主要将银(Ag)用来电极材料。 银(Ag)容易被硫(S) 腐蚀,逐步变成硫化银(Ag2S)。硫化银(Ag2S)是非导体,长时间搁置时,电阻的两端子之间无法输入输出电流。SET应在恶劣的使用环境下确保长时间的可靠性,因此必须使用有耐硫性能的电阻。以三星电机的耐硫化Chip Resistor为例,使用独有的材料技术及设计技术,自主开发了抗硫腐蚀的材料,从而提供通过严格的自主腐蚀试验的产品。
