MLCC(Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors)

多层陶瓷片式电容器(MLCC, Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors)是在电路上暂时充电、消除Noise的一种类型Capacitor,采用介电质层和内电极层相互交叉的叠层结构。

Soft Termination

防止机械或热冲击所导致的MLCC内部裂缝的产品。 一般MLCC因PCB变形所导致的容量降低,会引起Short Circuit Failure,可是Soft-termination将Epoxy适用于外电极,可将芯片内部的应力降到最低。不仅如此,Soft-termination的高温负荷和湿负荷特性非常好。
