Mecha-Development Implements structural design, analysis, testing; operation mechanism design; device design; performance analysis; measurement; and testing technology
Process Development Secures the conditions for stabilizing and optimizing manufacturing processes, and provides overall maintenance and management
Optic Development Develops optic products, such as camera modules
System Development Designs systems and structures
Material Development Develops parts, materials, and required technologies Analyzes the chemical and physical properties of materials for electronic parts
Circuit Development Designs and implements circuit topology
Research Support Facilitates R & D by managing tasks, formulating mid- to long-term strategies for technical operations, supporting development, and producing samples

Process Tech Carries out tasks that involve various technologies, including technologies for thin film, heat treatment control, MLCC stacking, optic/imaging, precision, process design, lithography, etching, plating, clean-room environments, and efficiency/clean-room evaluation
Equipment Tech Responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, repairing, improving, and managing process automation, device mechanism, and circuit hardware
Quality Tech Cooperates with development and purchasing departments to formulate and implement plans for improving the quality of design, manufacturing, and products Requests design changes to research centers and quality improvement to purchasing departments Conducts all activities related to producing a better quality product
