MLCC(Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors)

Multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) are general-type capacitors that store electric charge temporarily and remove noise. They have a structure in which dielectric layers and internal nickel electrode layers are interlaminated.

Soft Termination

The products prevent internal cracks of MLCC caused by mechanical and thermal shocks. General MLCCs could generate short circuit failure because of the lowering of the capacitance that could be caused by the deformation of PCBs. Soft termination can minimize the internal stress inside the chip as epoxy is applied to external electrodes. In addition, soft termination is excellent in high-temperature load and moisture load.

  • Excellent bending strength(≥3mm)
  • Durability against thermal shock/cycles.
