MLCC(Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors)

적층 세라믹 Capacitor(MLCC, Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors)는 전자회로에서 일시적으로 전하를 충전하고 Noise를 제거하는 일반적인 타입의 Capacitor로 유전체 층과 니켈(Ni)로 된 내부전극 층이 상호 교차된 층 구조로 되어 있습니다.

General & High Cap

주요 수동부품의 하나로서, 적층 세라믹 Capacitor(MLCC, Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors)는 전자회로에서 일시적으로 전하를 충전하고 Noise를 제거하는 오늘날 가장 일반적인 타입의 Capacitor입니다. 그 본체는 유전체 층과 보통 니켈(Ni)로 된 내부전극 층이 상호 교차된 층 구조로 되어 있습니다. 외부전극(Termination)은 MLCC를 인쇄회로 기판 또는 Hybrid IC 모듈에 물리적, 전기적 연결되도록 하는 역할을 합니다.

General & High Cap 단면도로 내부전극과 유전체의 구조입니다. CTOTAL=C1+C2+C3+C4+C5 은 유전체와 내부전극(Ni)로 구성되어 있으며, 외부전극(Cu-Ni-Sn)으로 구성되어 있습니다.

Line-Up

0402mm ~ 5750mm Size의 0.2pF에서 220uF 까지의 Line-Up을 제공하고 있습니다.
