是通过叠层、绕线、薄膜等工艺制成的表面贴装型部件,是电感被动元器件。
主要用于电源电路的电流平滑、RF电路的阻抗匹配、L-C滤波器、LC谐振电路。

Power Inductor

Power Inductor在高额定电流与低RDC(电阻)的PM(Power Management) IC及DC-DC Converter上用于电流平滑(Smoothing) 。 产品系列中有低电流用叠层型、高电流及高效率用HEPI(High Efficiency Power Inductor)、高电流及高容量绕线型。

Why Samsung

Power Inductor是根据Body材料,分为Ferrite和Metal Composite两种形态,Metal Composite 类型额定电流高,具备效率优势。

金属磁性体薄膜类型的特点

使用Core Loss低的材料以及A/R比例高的内部电极(线圈)。其Power效率较高, 且与叠层类型相比,额定电流(DC-bias)也极高。

金属磁性体绕线类型的特点

金属磁性体绕线类型由优化的Body材料和线圈组成,是具有高效率及高电流(DC-bias)特点的Power Inductor, 可实现高容量(4.7μH)。

良好的Efficiency特点

Power Inductor效率低,会出现产品电池耗电量大的问题。效率测量结果显示,金属磁性体Power Inductor产品 的效率比Ferrite绕线Inductor更好。三星电机继续开发并推出改善金属磁性体Power Inductor效率的产品。

薄膜类型

在电路板上进行线圈形状的电镀,再以磁性体填充其周围

叠层类型

在磁性体sheet印刷电机,之后将其层压,最后在上下面以磁性体sheet Cover覆盖

拥有2520至1608的产品系列,向后将持续提供小尺寸,高电流产品。
