Governance transparency is evaluated by comprehensively examining the number of corrections in regulatory filings, disclosure of information on the board of directors, and reports on the governance structure. Last year, Samsung Electro-Mechanics did not make any errors or corrections in regulatory filings as well as received an A rating in the governance reports category.
