Samsung Electro-Mechanics announced the 2023 regular promotion of executives and masters today.
A total of 13 people were promoted, including 3 executive vice presidents, 9 vice presidents, and 1 master.
Samsung Electro-Mechanics selected key talent with outstanding expertise to strengthen business competitiveness and secure new growth engines across units.
The MLCC/camera module business selected the leaders who will help secure differentiated products/technology and strengthen the company's dominance in the automotive market, and the substrate business focused on talent that will timely respond to demand and maximize productivity.
In addition, the company promoted those who have helped the company drive growth and prepare for the future in sales/marketing, new business, safety environment, and personnel sectors.
Under its performance-oriented policy, Samsung Electro-Mechanics chose young and capable leaders with execution power and growth potential, including a vice president in his 30s and an executive vice president in his 40s.
