Systems Analyst

Responsible for system operation/maintenance and process innovation activities. Conduct investigation and analysis to identify the requirements of the system users and the process or functions that needs to be improved. Conduct system audit on a quarterly basis for assigned audit items. Prepare and update system documentation. Provide system education to end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering

System Engineer / System Development Staff

Coordinate with other departments & conduct investigation and analysis to identify the requirements of the system users and the process or functions that needs to be developed and improved. Responsible for Planning and Design of system for development and its maintenance. Conduct thorough system/program testing to ensure that the system/program will perform according to desired output prior implementation. Responsible for monitoring, stabilization and operation support to developed system. Prepare and update system documentation (System Manual, Program Specs, Test scenario and project documentations). Provide system education to end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
  • IT related work experience is an advantage

  • Skills:

    • Basic programming knowledge (preferably HTML, C#, VB)
    • With knowledge in complete SDLC (experience in designing/creating/implementing full system is an advantage)
    • Proficient in using MS Office Applications
    • Knowledge in Visio, Photoshop is an advantage

Infra / Hardware Engineer

Responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks. Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the company’s operating environment. Maintain the reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. Ensure information security in all aspects (computer, server and network).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Computer Engineering / Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • Related work experience in servers, computers and networks is an advantage
  • Knowledge in basic troubleshooting of hardware and application programs
  • Certification in the fields of server, network and information security is an advantage
  • CISCO Training and Certification is an advantage

Chemist 1

Responsibilities

  • Material Management (Raw Materials/ Sub Roh Materials)
  • Manage Monthly Inventory (RAW , Cons and Sub-Roh)
  • Manage Plating solution monthly consumption and submit report to Head Quarter
  • Manage daily material usage per machine(Nickel / Extol / ANC / Meltex)
  • Manage solution parameters in the line
  • Conduct Improvements and do cause analysis for abnormalities.
  • Experiments execution specially if there was improved materials.
Chemist 2

Responsibilities

  • Technical Experiments
  • Process abnormality investigation (Root cause analysis)
  • Plating process improvements and monitoring
  • Document standards

Qualifications:

  • College Level (BS Chemistry)
  • At least 2-4 Yrs.  in manufacturing industry
  • Can perform RCA, experiments , improvements, etc.
  • Knowledgeable on laboratory instruments such as ICP, Titration, etc.
  • Certified Chemist / Chemical Engineer

GA Staff

Car repair and Maintenance, Shuttle management, Finance related concerns, Provider's payment billing, Mandated benefits processing and other office management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • General affairs related jobs is an advantage
  • Knowledge in car maintenance, Basic skills in MS (Excel, Word, PPT)

Engineers

Are responsible for supervising and improving production, ensuring quality of work in an efficient manner. Ensure that safety protocols are practiced and well implemented, report issues to the Manager, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profit. Engineers do root-cause analysis and do counter-measure, elimination of problem and improve the process.

Technicians

Responsible to test, set-up and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or computer technologies. Calibrate or adjust equipment to ensure quality production, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and protractors. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 2 – 4 years graduate of Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Electro-Mechanical Technology and other related courses
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • With knowledge in PLC, Mechanical, Motor Control and Basic Electrical Wiring

Production Operators

In-charge to manpower the line process for the production of chips and capacitors. Performs task such as but not limited to manual assembly, handle line process, maintain and / or attend to machine for proper operation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Senior High School or High School for 2015 below graduates; College Level or Vocational Course Graduate
  • With experience in handling different Production Machine is an advantage
  • With at least 1 year experience as Production Operator in an electronics manufacturing company
  • Basic Computer skills , II TESDA Certification for Electronics are an advantage but not required

Finance Staff

In-charge of the accounting and financial operations. Manage the end to end process of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Prepares reports and documents related to accounting transactions, BIR, PEZA and Asset Management. Ensures that accurate records are kept by standard practices. Establishes budgets, forecasts future cash flows and provides periodic financial analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • With experience in Accounts Payable Checking, Accounts Reconciliation, BIR related, Import & Export document management, Inventory, Expense and Budget Management
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • SAP experience is an advantage

Purchasing Engineer

Ensures timely delivery of materials and services as required by end-users and proponents. Negotiates with suppliers and monitors, coordinators with vendors for on time and updated transaction of supplies. Making sure the production demand for materials are met and delivered on time.

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
