SEMPHIL formally sent its heart-felt congratulations to 50 new specialists and 26 new managers as they participated in annual promotion training last July 6 and July 13 respectively. Through promotion training on Basic Supervisory and Effective Leadership, they are made to be more equipped with skills and attitude to perform high-level job.
