产品内有害物质管理体系
为遵守EU电气•电子设备有害物质使用限制指南(RoHS, Restriction of Hazardous Substances)、化学物质管理制度(REACH, Registration, Evaluation, Authorization & Restriction of Chemicals)等全球产品环境法规，三星电机制定了内部管理标准，并从产品开发研究阶段起限制产品中环境有害物质的使用。主要管控物质包括EU RoHS十项物质(Cd, Pb, Hg, Cr6+, PBBs, PBDEs, BBP, DBP, DEHP, DIBP)。此外，还管理REACH高风险关注度物质(SVHC, Substance of Very High Concern)、卤素、锑、铍等可能对人体及环境产生负面影响的物质。
有害物质管理流程
绿色采购系统
三星电机为系统化管理产品中的环境有害物质，运营绿色采购系统，并致力于高效应对全球产品环境法规及客户要求。原辅材料合作公司需提交原辅材料成分信息、化学品安全技术说明书(MSDS, Material Safety Data Sheet)、精密分析报告等资料，以证明符合三星电机的环境有害物质管理标准。若不符合，公司将要求合作公司改进相关资料。此外，为实现绿色采购，公司自发优先采购环保标志产品，并每年向政府机构申报相关业绩等，持续付诸努力。
物质分析系统
三星电机为快速掌握合作公司所供应原辅材料中环境有害物质的使用情况，利用简易分析设备对材料样品进行分析。同时，定期对供应原辅材料中的化学物质进行检测，包括铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、六价铬(Cr6+)、汞(Hg)、溴(Br)、氯(Cl)、锑(Sb)等。若分析结果显示产品中含有环境有害物质，公司将委托外部公认分析检测机构进行精密分析，以确保验证结果的准确性，并通过内部物质分析系统对相关分析结果进行管理。

三星电机每年为合作公司中负责产品环境的管理人员提供教育培训，以支持供应链主动应对产品环境法规。公司不仅提供全球产品环境法规及环境有害物质管理标准等产品环境领域的最新趋势信息，还通过内部系统进行培训，提高合作公司对遵守产品环境法规重要性的认知，并帮助其加强自身的环境有害物质管理标准。每年为合作公司举办两次培训课程，致力于与合作公司共同成长与能力提升。

产品碳管理
全过程评估(LCA)
作为一家生产并供应零部件的B2B(Business to Business)企业，三星电机根据韩国环境部下属韩国环境产业技术院提供的生产资料产品环境绩效标志编制指南，对从产品制造前阶段(供应链)到制造阶段(三星电机生产基地)所产生的碳信息进行核算。近年来，随着客户对碳信息的需求从单一生产基地不断扩展至产品层面，为系统性应对这一问题，公司正在探索自主的碳足迹核算方法，并审议建立按产品分类的数据库方案。

三星电机以“2050年碳中和”为目标，在推进降低能源及工艺气体使用等多样化活动的同时，为评估并透明公开产品层面的全过程环境影响，积极推进取得碳足迹认证。自2010年起，作为MLCC行业首家取得碳足迹(环境绩效标志)认证的企业，公司持续保持产品碳足迹认证，并努力扩大取得认证的产品范围。
