Samsung Electro-Mechanics held the Shared Growth Communication Forum on March 25. The communication forum was held as a live video conference, and over 100 CEOs of suppliers participated to reaffirm their commitment to shared growth.

On this day, Samsung Electro-Mechanics shared its key management topics and win-win cooperation strategy with its suppliers. The development team leader of each solution unit announced the business status and market forecast by product, and examined global trends in the IT market and future technology trends of major companies.
Next, Samsung Electro-Mechanics introduced the mid- to long-term roadmap for win-win cooperation with its suppliers and consulting tailored to each stage. In particular, participants were able to see the potential for shared growth through successful innovation activities in key areas, such as manufacturing productivity improvement, system support, safety environment, quality improvement, and logistics.

One supplier CEO who participated in the forum said, "It was a good opportunity to learn the global industry trends in depth and to find solutions to problems that we wanted to address, such as productivity improvement and systems. I hope that we will create an ecosystem for shared growth through continuous collaboration."

Starting with the launch of the Supplier Development Team in 2004, Samsung Electro-Mechanics has pursued win-win management with suppliers. We will continuously strengthen strategic partnerships with our suppliers by signing fair trade agreements and providing technical/manpower/financial/educational support and strive to establish a culture of shared growth.
