Communication Module

Based on the IEEE802.11 technology designed to compensate for the shortcomings of the wired LAN Ethernet, this product implements a wireless transmission and reception system for short-range data transmission according to each communication standard. It is divided largely into the WiFi Module and the WiGig Module according to the transmission method and frequency band used. We provide a range of products depending on the applications requiring wireless LAN support.

WiFi Module

A Wi-Fi module is a short-distance wireless communication module that provides wireless Internet or communication between devices. It is mainly implemented in the 2.4GHz, 5GHz frequency bands. Small and thin parts, as well as a miniaturization package method, are applied to provide high-density and miniaturized module solutions.

WiGig Module

Unlike the WiFi Module, this uses a 60GHz mm Wave frequency band, which has a higher transmission rate than existing Wi-Fi, providing a solution suitable for applications requiring high speed data transmission. The WiGig Module is largely divided into the RF Antenna Module, which includes the antenna and RF IC, and the Baseband Module; there are various lineups according to the application field.
