Our company has been included in the global ESG evaluation index, 'DJBIC (Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices) World', for 17 consecutive years. This is the first record of its kind achieved by a Korean company.

DJBIC (formerly DJSI) is the first global ESG index, operated by S&P Global in the United States since 1999. Each year, it comprehensively evaluates the top 3,500 global companies by market capitalization in terms of Environment (E), Social (S), and Governance (G), with only the top 10–15% of companies being selected. By assessing sustainability and risk management capabilities alongside financial performance, it serves as a benchmark for ESG credibility among international investors.

Since our first inclusion in 2009, we have been listed every single year without exception, setting the record for the longest consecutive inclusion among Korean companies.

This year, we received high scores in the areas of ▲ transparent information disclosure, ▲ climate change response, and ▲ waste management. In terms of governance, we were positively evaluated for maintaining a ratio of female outside directors above 50% and for strengthening board independence by adopting a structure where an outside director serves as the Chair of the Board.

President Chang Duckhyun stated, "This achievement is the result of actively reflecting sustainable management—such as minimizing environmental impact and improving corporate culture—into our business sites." He added, "We will continue to provide value to customers through technological innovation and lead the way in embedding sustainable management to design a better future."

Meanwhile, in addition to DJBIC, our company has been recognized for its performance in various other global ESG evaluations. We have been included in the FTSE4Good Index for 15 consecutive years and achieved an 'AA' rating in the MSCI ESG ratings. We have also obtained 'Zero Waste to Landfill' certification at all our domestic and overseas business sites.

Furthermore, under the ESG mission of 'Sustainable Challenges for a Better Planet & Life', we are pursuing four key goals: ▲ creating a sustainable global environment, ▲ generating positive social impact, ▲ contributing to local communities, and ▲ ensuring transparent decision-making and communication.
