Samsung Electro-Mechanics Launches 125°C Guaranteed MLCC for ADAS – 0201 inch X7T 1.0㎌ 6.3V

▷ Samsung Electro-Mechanics has released a new Automotive Grade MLCC for the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) market, which guarantees reliability even at high temperatures (125°C). This new product features a 0201 inch (0.6×0.3mm) size, X7T (-55 to 125°C), rated voltage 6.3V, and capacitance 1㎌. Mass production is underway, and samples are available upon request.

 

▷ As the trend toward greater functionality and miniaturization of automotive system components (sensors, cameras, SoCs, among others) continues, the demand for smaller and high-capacitance MLCCs rises. This product meets AEC-Q200 reliability standards and can achieve high capacitance (1㎌ or more) in a smaller size, contributing to an enhancement of space efficiency regarding mounting areas.
