Samsung Electro-Mechanics (President & CEO Chang Duckhyun) held 'Family Day' events at its three domestic sites (Suwon, Sejong, and Busan), inviting employees' families to celebrate Children's Day.

The festivities began at the Busan site on May 3 and continued at the Suwon and Sejong sites on May 5. Approximately 8,000 family members participated, enjoying a series of special activities.

Starting with the Busan site on May 3, the event was held sequentially at the Suwon and Sejong sites on May 5. Around 8,000 employees' family members participated, creating special memories together.

On May 5, the Suwon and Sejong sites opened their doors. Workspaces that are typically restricted security zones were transformed into vibrant 'playgrounds' for children.

Samsung Electro-Mechanics installed various recreational facilities, including inflatable bouncers, mini trains, and pedal boats. The company also hosted interactive programs such as family OX quizzes, 'Family Olympics,' bubble magic shows, and kids' K-POP dance classes.

Notably, the event featured experiential activities, including a 'Job Experience' program where children could explore various professions and a 'Site Exploration' mission where they collected stamps while touring the campus. Additionally, family-oriented booths offering a mini zoo, finger painting, and soap making were provided.

The Busan site held its event on May 3 by reserving the Gyeongnam Masan Robot Land for the day.

Yun Jeongwon, an employee and mother of three, shared, "My children have always been curious about where I work, so it was very meaningful to visit together on Children's Day. It was a wonderful opportunity for my family and the company to grow closer."

Park Bongsoo, Executive Vice President and Head of the People Team at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, stated, "We prepared these events to celebrate Children's Day and to bridge the happiness of the workplace with the happiness of the home. We hope this day served as a special gift for all our employees and their families."

Samsung Electro-Mechanics continues to promote family-friendly management through various engagement programs, such as these annual Children's Day celebrations.
