Released a new product, MLCC 0603 inch 22㎌ 4V for Samsung Electro-Mechanics automotive series

▷ We developed and started mass production of CL10Z226MR96PN#, a multilayer ceramic capacitor applicable for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)/ Autonomous Driving (AD) of automobiles (hereinafter referred to as “this product”). Samples are also available. 

 

▷ This product ensures the reliability of the 4V level, which is the maximum voltage for its size/capacitance, and can be miniaturized to replace the existing 0805 inch (2.0×1.2mm) size.  

 

▷ The number of MLCCs installed in a vehicle is rapidly increasing due to the electrification and high functionality of automobiles. For this reason, miniaturization, stability, and capacitance expansion of MLCC are continuously required.

 

▷ With in-house ceramic and electrode material atomization and ultra-precision lamination method, Samsung Electro-Mechanics developed an ultra-high capacitance 22 µF product at a size of 0603 inch (1.6×0.8 mm)/ rating of 4V.
